I just wanted to shoot a note. Interest rates just took a huge dip today ! I am going to get more info from my Lender hopefully before Thanksgiving.
This means if you have been on the fence to buy , you need to get in the game today ! If interest rates go back up to where they were the other day , you overall payment goes way up and how much home you can afford goes way down!
A 300k loan last week will be over 10k more a year than a 300k loan today !
