We have had some movement over the last 2 weeks here at Cedar Lakes. Townhomes seem to do being much better than the condos. This is also because of the Christopher at Cedar Lakes condos, they are dragging behind. They are newer and less likely to drop their price. So this is expected. Townhomes under 350k in Fair Lakes ! We have now had a couple regular sales here at Cedar Lakes. The bank owned TH are going quick and have not been on the market long. If you are looking to buy a bank owned TH here you need our help. We can notify you once one comes on the market and sometimes before. There will be multiple offers you will be competing against but we have a great track record in winning when there are multiple offers.

We are expecting a lot more bank owned homes on the market here for the spring season. I am sure there will probably be some here at Cedar Lakes also.
