All of the TH at Cedar Lakes are under contract. Also, if you look at the sales in the last month, most of them have been regular sales here at Cedar Lakes. Which is good for the community. Not many foreclosures lately means the distressed homes cant bring down the rest of the community.

The condo market at Cedar Lakes is a different story. Alot of these are still short sale situations, which could turn to foreclosures.
