Hey well guess what, today is my Birthday and I am still working hard on your community putting this data together :) I love my job and I would love to represent you in your real estate needs.

We had 3 condos and 1 TH sell this past week. 2 more condos also came on the market. All these sales were regular sales. There are a few under contract that are short sales though and taking a while to close. All numbers are below.
